Boise’s Best Corned Beef & Cabbage
We take great pride in the way we cook our corned beef. We marinate it,
then slow cook on low heat for hours until tender. We add braised cabbage
and sauté baby reds with a side of dijon mustard to make this dish very delicious.

Hearty stew with lamb, onions, celery, carrots and potatoes in a savory stock.

Tender beef stewed with corn, tomoatoes, celery, carrots and onions topped
with mashed potatoes Colcannon with a side of garlic bread.

Potato and cheddar wrapped in a crisp pasta shell with kielbasa medallions and sauerkraut. Served with sour cream and mustard.
